BEN H. CANTRELL, J. The chief complaint in this appeal is of the failure of the trial Judge to treat the husband's law practice as a marital asset. For the reasons set forth below, we hold that a law practice may be a marital asset but that the value placed on it does not include the professional good will of the firm.
